POLYcrete+ applications take TWO dayS to put down. my prices are upfront and transparent, MY means and methods are easy to understand.

Onsite consultations are not necessary to provide you with an estimate. Most companies offering polyaspartic applications conduct on-site estimates to deliver a crafted sales pitch and charge you the highest possible amount.

warranty

I agree to repair delamination in the POLYCRETE+ for a period of 15 years (from the effective date of installation) caused by improper substrate preparation and workmanship in the installation.

This warranty does not apply and will be voided for any damages to the coating caused by physical or mechanical abuse, efflorescence, exposure to chemicals, solvents, and acids, lack of maintenance and care, hydrostatic water, internal failure of the substrate, rusting, variations in color, dullness, outgassing, cracking due to substrate movement, existing coatings underneath, moisture, or any acts of God. My liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and I am not responsible for any consequential damages or loss of profits. Both parties agree that in the event of any dispute or claim arising from this warranty, each party shall bear their own legal fees and costs, and neither party shall be entitled to recover legal fees or costs from the other party, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All claims for delamination must be submitted in writing with clear photographic evidence attached. By accepting the services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty

installation PROCESS

flake it

A polymer flake is generously hand broadcast providing even color & texture to the floor. All excess flake is scraped off the floor leveling the floor perfectly to prepare it for final sealing.

Finally, we apply a UV stable topcoat. Your floor will be ready for light foot traffic in 6 - 8 hours.

In the event of inclement weather, such as rain or cold temperatures, your installation may be delayed or rescheduled. please have all items moved out of the garage and all vehicles must be off the driveway to avoid delays. electricity and water must be available at the time of installation. Polycrete+ has a strong odor, so it is recommended to keep windows or doors open for ventilation during the installation process. All trash generated from the job will be placed in the homeowner's designated trash bin. Payment is due immediately after the work is completed, and the preferred method of payment is cash.

installation

My workday starts early in the morning either 7:00 or 9:00 am depending on what we agreed. a text message is sent to you 15 minutes before I arrive at your residence. once onsite I briefly introduce myself to you and go over the process. After the epoxy application is completed we do a walkthrough to ensure your fully satisfied with the work performed.
